PRACTICE AREAS
A respected attorney and business leader in the North Bay Area, and the other founder of the firm,
Mr. Lavezzo has served in the past on the City of Vallejo Council, Vallejo Redevelopment Agency and Housing Authority.  He is is admitted to all the courts of the State of California and to the U.S. District Court (Northern District of California).  His civil practice is concentrated  in the following areas:
 
Real Estate:  Negotiation of purchase and sales agreements, leases and tax-deferred exchanges. Representation of individuals and institutions in cases involving allegations of fraud, construction defect and lender liability.  Land-use (CEQA) and zoning matters.

Business and Commercial:  Formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

Probate, Wills and Trusts:  Administration of decedents' estates through court or private proceedings.  Drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Representation in probate and trust disputes.

Personal Injury:  Plaintiff's personal injury and insurance defense.

Municipal Law:  Representation of  municipal agencies in a variety of areas including military base conversion.

General Civil Litigation:  Representation of clients in all forms of civil litigation.
