PRACTICE AREAS Ms. Carlisle has practiced law since 1979; She clerked for the Sonoma County Superior Court from 1979-1980 and worked briefly for an Australian law firm in Papua New Guinea. She currently enjoys serving the Solano County community. In addition to being admitted to all the Courts of the State of California, Ms. Carlisle has been admitted to the U.S. District Court (Northern District) and the U. S. Tax Court. Her civil practice is concentrated in the following areas: Probate, Wills and Trusts: Administration of decedents' estates and trusts through court or private proceedings. Representation of clients in probate and trust disputes. Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Family Law Mediation: Serves as a mediator in all areas of family law including dissolution, legal separation, child custody, support, and property issues. Although she does not currently represent clients in family law litigation, she has significant prior experience in family law litigation which is essential to her mediation practice. Family Law Collaborative Resolution: Representation of clients in resolution of family law matters through collaboration rather than litigation. General Civil: Representation of clients in a variety of civil matters, including transaction matters.
