PRACTICE AREAS
Ms. Carlisle has practiced law since 1979.  She clerked for the Sonoma County Superior Court from 1979-1980 and worked briefly for an Australian law firm in Papua New Guinea.  She currently enjoys serving the Solano County community.  In addition to being admitted to all the courts of the State of California, Ms. Carlisle has been admitted to the U.S. District Court (Northern District of California) and the U. S. Tax Court.  Her civil practice is concentrated in the following areas:

Family Law Mediation:  Serves as a mediator in all areas of family law including marital dissolution, legal separation, child custody, support and property issues.

Family Law Collaborative Resolution:  Representation of clients in resolution of family law matters through collaboration rather than litigation.

Family Law Litigation:  Representation of clients in family law matters including marital dissolution and legal separation, child custody, support issues and property division.

Probate, Wills and Trusts:  Administration of decedents' estates through court or private proceedings.  Representation in probate and trust disputes.

Guardianships and Conservatorships: Representation in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.

General Civil:  Representation of clients in a variety of civil disputes.
