PRACTICE AREAS: 

Mr. Dillon joined the law offices of Favaro, Lavezzo, Gill, Caretti & Heppell, P.C. in 2005 while still in law school, becoming an associate member in 2006.  He received his Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco School of Law.  Upon graduation, Mr. Dillon was awarded the International and Comparative Law Certificate, with honors.. 

Prior to attending law school,  Mr. Dillon was employed in the advertising and software industries in the Bay Area for eight years, as an Account Executive and Quality Assurance Engineer. 

Currently, Mr. Dillon's practice is concentrated in the following areas:

GENERAL CIVIL LITIGATION:   Representation of clients in all forms of civil litigation. 

BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL:  Formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

MUNICIPAL LAW:   Representation of municipal agencies in a variety of areas.

REAL ESTATE:  Representation of individuals and institutions in cases involving allegations of fraud, construction defect and lender liability.  Litigation involving easements, leases, purchase-and-sale agreements and security issues.  Land-use (CEQA) and zoning matters.  Representation of public agency in inverse condemnation cases.

PROBATE WILLS AND TRUSTS:  Administration of decedent's estates through court or private proceedings.  Drafting wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Representation in probate and trust disputes.

FAMILY LAW LITIGATION:  Representation of clients in family law matters including marital dissolution, legal separation, support and property divisions.

PERSONAL INJURY:  Plaintiff's personal injury and insurance defense.
