Gary K. Heppell is Of Counsel in the North Bay Area law firm of Favaro, Lavezzo, Gill, Caretti & Heppell, PC, where he maintains a civil law practice in the areas of real estate, construction law, business litigation, municipal law, and mediation and arbitration. In practice in Solano County since 1977, the scope of his representation includes individuals, institutions, and contractors in the full range of real estate and construction issues; prosecution and defense of breach of contract and other business disputes; representation of employers in employment discrimination suits and labor commission hearings; and the representation of public agencies. Mr. Heppell has received formal training in mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Pepperdine University School of Law.
