A resident of Vacaville, California for nine years, attorney Deborah Durr Ferras practices throughout the North Bay Area as a shareholder in Favaro, Lavezzo, Gill, Caretti & Heppell, PC. In December 1991, she was admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. Her civil practice is concentrated in probate, wills, and trusts; guardianships and conservatorships; termination of parental rights and stepparent adoption; family law; and debt collection.
As a probate, wills, and trusts attorney, Ms. Ferras assists clients with the administration of decedents' estates through court or private proceedings and represents clients in probate and trust disputes. She also drafts wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Her family law practice includes marital dissolution and legal separation, child custody, support issues, and property division. Her work in the area of debt collection involves the representation of creditors in collection actions and in the enforcement of judgments.
